Loans Secured by a Deposit permit customers to borrow up to 95% of their account's balance while it continues to earn interest. We offer this borrowing against your Passbook Savings Account and Certificate of Deposit (excluding IRA Accounts). On Certificates of Deposit, the maturity date must exceed the terms of the loan. The minimum loan amount is $1,500. Convenient terms are available based upon the repayment and are subject to the type and terms of the collateral used.
