AccountLine
Different people do their banking at different times of the day. Our AccountLine is available 24/7 so you get the service you need at the exact time you need it.

Call our 24-hour automated AccountLine and you may access your account(s) by telephone 24 hours a day at 866.8.CENTURY by pressing 1 and using your Personal Identification Number (PIN), a touch tone phone, and your account numbers, to receive the following account information:

  • Transfer funds between checking, money market checking,  money market statement savings and statement savings account(s)
  • Receive the following account information:
    • Current and available balances on deposit accounts
    • Current and payoff balances on loans
    • Interest information: paid and earned
    • Transaction history regarding paid checks, deposits, ATM transactions, EFT debits, etc.
    • Specific transactions by dollar amount, paid check number, or electronic means including ATM
    • Request a stop payment
  • Receive current rate information
  • Fully automated system; however, during banking hours, Customer Service Center Representatives are available to assist you
  • Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year
  • Change your AccountLine PIN number

To report a lost or stolen Century Bank credit card or debit card:

To speak with a Customer Service Center Representative: Press 0
