Money Market and savings account transactions are governed by federal regulations. Transfers or withdrawals from this to another account or to third parties by preauthorized, automatic, computer, telephone transfer, check, draft, debit card or similar order to third parties are limited to six per statement cycle. The third time these limitations are violated within a rolling 12-month period, the account will be transferred into a more appropriate transaction account with unrestricted use.
