Money Market and savings account transactions are governed by federal regulations. Transfers from this to another account or to third parties by preauthorized, automatic, computer, or telephone transfer are limited to six per statement cycle with no more than three transfers by check, draft, debit card or similar order to third parties. The third time these limitations are violated within a rolling 12 month period, the account will be transferred into a more appropriate transaction account with unrestricted use.
